Congratulations to a success in opposition proceedings!

Congratulations to our dear client Mrs. Jenni Timony who has, under our legal support, recently accomplished her EU trademark registration of sporting clothes´ brand FIT PINK. The registration was successful despite former opposition of company Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management, LLC, based on brand PINK - the opposition was withdrawn after adversarial part of the opposition proceedings, making Mrs. Timony the fully successful party of the dispute.
