Please be informed that due to my maternity leave and the related legally required temporary suspension of my legal practice, I do not personally provide legal services between 22 December 2025 and June 2026. During this period, all legal services related to trademarks are provided by JUDr. Theodor Klán, Attorney at Law (theo@eutrademark.eu), who will be your main legal contact.
To make things easy and seamless for you, I (jolana@eutrademark.eu) will stay involved on the practical and organisational side and will be happy to help with coordination, or any administrative and organisational matters.
In 2020 I, with my small supportive team, left my previous legal practice of general business lawyer to focus solely on EU trademarking in the future. Such narrow specialisation enables us to provide boutique legal services for ultra-competitive prices being close to the fees of generic on-line trademarking agencies.
